finest & futurefinest Communication Skills Workshop

Following on from the very successful futurefinest Communication Skills taster event in January, we are pleased to offer members the chance to attend a more in depth half day Communication Skills workshop.

By using Personality Style Profile (PSP) theory Carolyn Pickin, Director of Motiv8 Development will deliver an interactive session that will give you the knowledge, skills, and competencies to:

  • Understand your preferred communication style and the impact it has on others of that style
  • Find out what verbal and non-verbal factors affect others
  • Learn how to gain rapport from your colleagues and customers
  • Deliver positive messages and gain buy in of others
  • Gain awareness of 4 conflict strategies and when to use them appropriately

All delegates will receive a workbook covering the content of the session to take away with you.
